1. Cancellation Policy
Test bookings can be cancelled before sample collection or test processing begins. Once the sample has been collected or the test process has started, cancellation is not allowed.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds may be provided only under the following conditions:
• Duplicate payment made by mistake
• Test not performed due to laboratory issues
• Cancellation approved before sample collection
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
3. Non-Refundable Conditions
No refund will be provided in the following cases:
• Sample already collected
• Test process already started
• Incorrect information provided by the patient
